I’ve come to conclusions. Study New published in April 2020 in the journal Sevier by a group of scientists at Baylor University School of Medicine in Houston, United States with the support of the U.S. National Institute of Health and the Texas Institute of Cancer Research concluded that intermittent fasting for 30 days from dawn to sunset can be a preventive and therapeutic approach in cancer as well as in many inflammatory, immunological, Alzheimer’s, and neuropsychological disorders by producing a protective protein against cancer, obesity, diabetes, and metabolic syndrome. The study also recommended that more studies are needed to test the effect of this method of fasting on larger samples and shorter fasting periods.
